At MustBeLands, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should you nevertheless wish to return or exchange an item, you will find all the important information here.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy)

According to German law, you have 14 days from receipt of the goods to cancel your order without giving any reason.

Return Conditions:

✔ Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in like-new condition.
✔ Return within 14 days of receipt.
✔ Return slip or prior contact required.

Step 2: Prepare the return

Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

Include the return slip (if applicable).

Step 3: Submit the return

We work with DHL Returns and will send you a prepaid return label if required (a fee may apply).

3. Refund

Once we receive and inspect the return, you will receive a refund.

The refund will be made to the original payment method (e.g., PayPal, credit card).

Processing time: 3-5 business days after receipt of goods.

4. Exchange

Would you like to exchange an item?

Please contact us before returning the item.

If the desired item is available, we will send you a replacement free of charge.

5. Return Costs

Standard Return: The customer bears the return shipping costs.

In case of a defective or incorrect delivery: We cover the costs.

6. Exceptions to the Return Policy

The following items cannot be returned:
❌ Personally made or customized products
❌ Hygiene items (e.g., grill gloves, if opened)
❌ Items not in their original packaging or damaged

7. Guarantee & Warranty

If an item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos/proof.

We offer a 24-month warranty in accordance with German law.
